We hold several in-person registration events every season. However, all registration applications must be submitted online. Players are placed in divisions according to their birth date, using the Age Guide. This is a guide, and changes as each year advances. We follow the AYSO and USSF age breakdown and the system automatically places your player in the proper division..
The division fee is $65 per player 6U/8U and $75 for 10U and Up. This fee covers a shirt, socks, supplemental insurance, equipment, coach training, an after-game drink or popsicle, and other miscellaneous costs. There is an annual national player fee of $25. HCYSA is run totally by volunteers who are paid only in smiles. Late registrations will incur a $20 additional fee to help us pay to rush order additional jersey's.
Only those who sign up during the regular registrations are guaranteed a spot on a team. Once a division is full, players will be put on a waiting list. If space becomes available, they will be placed on a team in the order they signed up. You will need to monitor your email for updates on coming off the waiting list, season updates, and news.
Coaches will be placed on the same team as their children unless otherwise requested. Siblings within the same Division may be placed on the same team. Please understand that we do our best to ensure balanced teams and a positive experience for everyone.

Why do I want to attend a registration event?
HCYSA uses this opportunity to check the application, recruit coaches, look at birth certificates, give each parent information on the upcoming season, etc.
What if I don't have a debit or credit card?
You can still register your child by attending a registration event. Complete your child's application and leave it in the shopping cart. Bring cash or check for the full amount and we will assist you in signing up your child.
What if I don't have access to a computer?
You can sign up your child at registration using one of our computers or use your phone. Please use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, for the best experience do not use Apple's Safari Browser..
